Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cadriveline.com (the “Site”) operated by California Driveline Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
These Terms cover the website. The terms of any actual driveline work — quotes, parts, labor, turnaround and warranty — are agreed with you directly at the shop or over the phone.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you’re using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by California Driveline Inc. or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else — republishing, redistributing, training AI models on our content, or building derivative products — requires our written permission.
Brand names such as Spicer, Neapco, Sonnax, Newstar Genuine and S&S Truck Parts are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the parts we supply.
Information about products and services
Descriptions of our services on the Site are general. Pricing, turnaround times, fitment and availability are confirmed with you directly before work begins — nothing on this Site is a binding quote or an offer to contract.
Third-party links and embedded content
The Site links to and embeds third-party content, including a Google Map and a widget displaying our Yelp and Google reviews. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Reviews shown are the opinions of the people who wrote them.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties — express or implied — about the Site’s availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Information on the Site, including our driveshaft measuring guide, is for general purposes and is not professional advice. See our Disclaimer for more.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, California Driveline Inc. and our officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100. This limit applies to the Site only and does not limit any rights you have in connection with work we actually perform for you.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless California Driveline Inc., its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Effective date” at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
